Go to Modules > Search > Rebuild Search Index

This creates cached HTML pages that allow Google and other search engines to index as REAL web pages. This not only allows people to load and see your page faster it also increases your Google PageRank. This is an SEO feature specific to MODOcms. You should do this after you make any type of content updates to your site.
