Rebuilding the Search Index

Your MODO website has a built-in Search function that allows users to search for content on your site using keywords and phrases.

The Search box appears in the sidebar of your site's pages.

You'll need to rebuild the search index anytime you make changes to your website, such as adding new content, editing existing content or adding / deleting pages.

Follow these steps to rebuild your search index:

  1. Select Modules > Search from the MODO Toolbar.
  2. Click [Create / Rebuild Search Index].
  3. A message will appear confirming the search index has been rebuilt.
