To view Tooltips, hover your mouse pointer over an icon, link or question mark, and a small instructional box will pop-up to give you more information.

Inline Help can be viewed by clicking the blue tabs on the side or top of the web page. Inline help will provide you with an overview of the current page’s features and functions.
