Themes

MODOcms offers an ever-growing list of website themes to help you develop your online presence with a website that’s not only easy for you to update, but looks great, too.

MODO’s themes are professionally-designed and feature a variety of styles that range from clean and classic, to sleek and modern.

You’ll select a theme when you first set up your MODO website, however you can always go back and swap themes anytime you like.

Follow the steps below to select a theme for your website:

    1.    From the Dashboard, click the Preferences icon, or select Preferences from the MODO Toolbar.
    2.    Select a theme from the Theme Name drop-down menu.
    3.    Scroll down and click [Update].
    4.    Select Preview from the MODO Toolbar if you’d like to see your changes. If you want to try a different theme, just click Back to Dashboard on the Preview screen to select a new theme.

Templates

Each MODOcms theme features a number of page templates. When you create a new page via Pages mode, MODO will allow you to select a template for that page by selecting from the Page Layout drop-down menu on the Add/Edit Page window.

If you leave the Page Layout field blank, MODO will use the default template for that page.
