Building and Inserting Image Galleries

Adding an Image Gallery is a great way to add some creative flair to your website. MODO makes building and adding beautiful image galleries a breeze. Just a few clicks and you’re done!

Follow the steps below to build Image Gallery:

1.      Select Module > Image Gallery from the Toolbar.

2.      Click the [Add Gallery] button.

3.      In the Configure Gallery window,

·         Type the Gallery Title and Gallery Description.

·         Check the corresponding boxes if you’d like the title and description to be visible when the gallery is displayed.

·         OPTIONAL: Specify the maximum image width and height for the gallery.

4.      Click [Save and Close].

5.      All images available in the Media Centre will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. Select the images you’d like to use by dragging them from the left-hand to the right-hand side of the screen.

 



6.      Click [Preview] to review the gallery before inserting it into a web page.

Follow the steps below to insert an Image Gallery into a web page:

1.      Hover your mouse over the Add Content icon (). Your content choices will appear.

2.      Click the Add Gallery Widget icon. A blank Gallery Widget will appear.

3.      Hover your mouse over the Publish icon (). Your editing choices will appear.

4.      Click the Edit icon (). The Widget Settings window will open.

5.      Select a gallery from the drop-down menu.

6.      Click [Save]. Your image gallery will be inserted into the Gallery Widget.

7.      Click the Publish icon () to publish the gallery to your website.
